System Analyst / Senior System Analyst

Location:

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:

  • Support by project manager / team lead to coordinate with IT and business users for realization of system change and align deployment schedule
  • Lead / supervise a team of developers to develop internal systems / projects according to user requirements
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications, provide day-to-day support on system applications
  • Conduct SIT and support UAT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
  • Explore new technologies and drive for innovation, especially new development tools, new algorithmic code, bring better solution for existing environment
  • Assist ad-hoc assignments as required

Our expectations for this exciting role:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technologies or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experiences in application development, with at least 3 years of experiences in team leading role
  • Familiar with C#, VB/VB.net, XML, EDI, API
  • Knowledge on EDI message standards (EDIFACT) is a plus
  • SQL and database knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, balancing competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
