System Analyst / Senior System Analyst

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:

Support by project manager / team lead to coordinate with IT and business users for realization of system change and align deployment schedule
Lead / supervise a team of developers to develop internal systems / projects according to user requirements
Prepare functional and technical specifications, provide day-to-day support on system applications
Conduct SIT and support UAT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
Explore new technologies and drive for innovation, especially new development tools, new algorithmic code, bring better solution for existing environment
Assist ad-hoc assignments as required

Our expectations for this exciting role:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technologies or related discipline
At least 5 years of experiences in application development, with at least 3 years of experiences in team leading role
Familiar with C#, VB/VB.net, XML, EDI, API
Knowledge on EDI message standards (EDIFACT) is a plus
SQL and database knowledge
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, balancing competing priorities
Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
Good communication and analytical skills
Good command of English and Chinese
