Trend Forecaster

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:

Responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and translating current and future US trends to overseas developers
Stay current by reading and analyzing exterior trend reports
Present preliminary trends and collaborate with internal design teams
Prepare in-depth final trend decks for each season for internal use
Present and communicate trends to key customers
Attend trade shows, domestic and international trend research trips
Assist to decorate for customer events & support local buyers with changes
Communicate with Hong Kong sales teams

Our expectations for this exciting role:

Bachelor or above in related disciplines
At least 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, trend analysis, or product development
Self-motivated, independent & good time management
Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming & open to multiple ideas and perspectives
Ability to distill data from the current market and future reports into forward-thinking trend guides
Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop) & MS Office applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Frequent travel (domestic & international) is required
Immediately available is highly preferred
